1. Take a clear, complete photo of the lithograph and the damage.
2. Email it to us at email@example.com with the order number and reasons for return.
If we can assess it properly from the photo, we begin processing your refund/replacement. If not, you may have to send the damaged lithograph back to us at your own cost.
